Our meat is a select of grown up breed cattle reared in our local farms. The cattle are reared in a totally free-range environment, feeding on grass and vegetables resulting in meat that's succulent, marbled and flavour-packed.

We use water aging therapy by leaving the meat in a vacuum sealed bag in the water with a precise temperature for a certain amount of days. Resulting in uniquely tendered beef giving as sweet flavoursome product.
